Your publication is more like a coffee table book that will be referenced again and again. Our Printing facility, Linprint Company, is the largest printing company in the Wilmington, NC region. Our professional photographers and graphic designers will create a profile of your company providing a publication of the finest quality.

- Professional photographer will shoot all interior rooms and exteriors of your selected homes. As well as communities and sub-divisions where you are building.
- Professional writer will produce your company biography.
- Professional graphic designer will create layout and design for your publication.
- Builder will receive 1,000 copies (additional copies available upon request). Great for posting on builder website, Parade of Homes, Homearama, model homes, industry trade shows and direct mailing to potential clients out of state.
Note: The builder receives one (1) additional page in the publication for every participating sponsor. Example; 10 pages sponsored equals a 20 page brochure. Our average publication is approximately 28-40 pages.
