American Builders Marketing Group has three (3) custom designed, marketing programs available. These are the most complete and comprehensive marketing programs in the industry. Our programs not only benefit the builder, they are designed to highlight and promote the trade partners who participate and support the builder in his marketing efforts. Television Broadcast Marketing Program see example »
- Custom designed 30 minute television show.
- Your own TV show broadcast once a week for up to 8 consecutive weeks.
- Four (4) segments to your show; 20 plus minutes for builder.
- Four (4) segments of commercial spots. Up to 2½ minutes in between each builder segment for trade partner commercials. Maximum of 10 minutes total.
- 7 minutes minimum sponsorship needed to produce and air show for up to 8 weeks on one of your local network affiliates. (ABC, CBS, FOX or NBC)
- Builder will receive a master copy of his television show with and without commercials for desired marketing purposes. Great for posting on builder website, Parade of Homes, Homearama, model homes, industry trade shows and direct mailing to potential clients out of state.
Note: If sponsorships received are under 7 minutes we can still produce the TV show although it will air for less than 8 weeks.
Corporate Identity Brochure
- 4-Color / High Gloss
- Custom designed portfolio of your finest work.
- Professional photographer will shoot all interior rooms and exteriors of your selected homes. As well as communities and sub-divisions where you are building.
- Professional writer will produce your company biography.
- Professional graphic designer will create layout and design for your publication.
- Builder will receive 1,000 copies (additional copies available upon request). Great for posting on builder website, Parade of Homes, Homearama, model homes, industry trade shows and direct mailing to potential clients out of state.
Note: The builder receives one (1) additional page in the publication for every participating sponsor. Example; 10 pages sponsored equals a 20 page brochure. Our average publication is approximately 28-40 pages.
Combination of Television Broadcast and Print Media Programs. Must be discussed with Executive Director before approval. Builder may have his own TV show and corporate identity brochure.
