She has extensive computer skills, and is excellent at multi-tasking. She is a leader in her field and within her community. Debbie has been a consultant for several leading industry firms related to the building industry, and is responsible for generating millions of dollars in revenues for each of the companies she has represented.

Thomas Langan – Executive Director has over 30 years experience in the publishing industry. He has worked for some of the industry’s leading companies including Newsweek Magazine, TV Guide, and The New York Times. Publisher of the unprecedented ‘Russia’s Arms and Technologies’ encyclopedia series, Tom has received extensive praise, from numerous authors and journalists around the world. Since 2002 he has coordinated television broadcast & print media campaigns for over 150 of the most prestigious custom home builders across country.

Josh Woll – Production Manager (Producer) has years of experience in the video production industry. He has shot and produced hundreds of high-end video production projects, working with a number of prestigious companies in the industry such as: NBC, CNN, MTV, and many others. After receiving a BA degree in Film Studies, Josh created Mosaic in Motion in 2007, a full service video production company. To this date, he has won multiple awards and always brings passion, creativity, hard-work and dedication to every project he takes on.

Jane Lawton Baldridge has been a professional artist for 35+ years. She founded the highly successful Artspeaks ad agency, design and consulting firm in 1991. She brings a creative edge founded in fine art, technical expertise, logical content evaluation and the value of knowledge gained by her many creative clients. Jane’s marketing specialty is builder and development marketing, her list of successful clients is impressive

Images8 Photography is a full service photography company located in Leland, North Carolina. Started in the late 90’s by Gregory Darrow, Images8 Photography has been taking photography in such mediums as Architecture,Weddings, Sports, and Community Events. Greg graduated with a BA degree in Photography from the University of New York, Oswego, & was immediately hired by Eastman Kodak Company. There he worked for over 32 years where he rose through the ranks, managing: Photo Labs, Art Departments, Graphic Arts, Publications, Printing, and Manufacturing. Responsible for staffs of up to 80 people and budgets of 7 million dollars.

Linprint Company is the largest printing company in the Wilmington region. Established in 1947, Linprint was one of the first local printers to embrace offset printing. Under the leadership of Brad and Brenda Donnell with the help of Brad’s father, Gilbert Donnell, the company has gone through five expansions since 1985. It has evolved from a small company with a single color press and a homemade camera to become this area’s largest printer. Linprint has added state of the art equipment, expanding capacity and diversification to meet the challenges of our customers.
